Passport Identifiers

I LOVE quick and easy projects that simplify my life. I have been trying for some time to figure out a good way to quickly identify our family‘s passports. Since we are ex-pats we need to use them quite a lot and I HATE having to find the picture in each one to know whose is whose. In addition, you cannot alter a passport in any way or have a clear case on it when going through customs. With our upcoming trip to the States I needed a quick way to identify them but also something i could slip off and put on quickly and easily.

These are pretty much the same thing as those brillient bookmarks i have seen around, just on a smaller scale. I used double folded bias tape i had on hand to fold over the elastic. It litterally took me 2 minutes to make each one and i dont have to worry about the bias tape unravelling! Not the prettiest but VERY useful. You could definitely spice them up and make it more interesting if you had more time.
