Well, that whole "blogging once a week thing" didn't work so well! haha! We have had a pretty crazy couple of weeks. My birthday was the first week of May, and the day before the Wee one and I came down with Hand Foot Mouth Disease. Oh joy. It takes about a week to recover and is HIGHLY contagious (although the symptoms are not very serious). Anyway, I ended up wearing a mask for my birthday week and it was pretty lame. : P We did go out to dinner at one of our favorite little restaurants.
We had a three day weekend last week to celebrate Buddha's Birthday (we don't celebrate, it's a national holiday) and my hubby was sweet enough to give me 2 HOURS of baby free sewing time YAY!!!! I was ALMOST able to finish my first Washi dress (WA so excited!). I just need to finish the sleeves. Hopefully i can do that soon and take pictures. I also have several other tops that I have finished that i really need to get pictures of. sigh. Will work on that : P
You said, WA. That makes me smile. I am sorry about the mask, but you have truly embraced the culture (hehehehe). There are days I wish I could wear a mask without freaking out Americans (or the kiddos). Ben was nice enough to share his cold with me this week.
