During March Flower Madness I posted a link to some really cute Pom Pom Hydrangeas. I said that I would try them out. Well I did, but I never posted them. So here is my first attempt at fabric pom poms.
Not to bad, huh? Ok, so they look a little sparse, but I think that's the picture.
I made my own "ribbon" out of a piece of fabric that I had lying around. And instead of using their fancy Pom Pom machine, I flattened a used TP roll and wrapped the ribbon around that.
The color matched my outfit one day, so I used two of the pom pom ribbons and tied them around a clip.
I actually got compliments from my coworkers!
I haven't worn it this way, but I think it would be really cute as a scarf clip.
