Elegant Flowers

I made some swirl flowers with some leftover fabric from a friend's project. Sorry the pictures are a little blurry. 

I hand painted the gold around the edges of the flowers. I thought that it helped the flower to pop a little. The paint job on this first one isn't so great... It got better though : )  They made really nice gifts for the female teachers in my office : )

I put a hot glued a piece of felt and then a pin to the back side. 

This one is my favorite : )

I put it on my bag. I think it's a cute addition!
