I decided to attempt to make a luffa instead. I really wanted one and figured I would try making one before I bought one. Here is what I did.
1. I took something that was about the size I wanted my finished product. In this case I found a round Tupperware container.
2. I started wrapping the tulle around the container. Once I had a large amount wrapped around, I slid it off the container and tied it with another piece of tulle around the center.

change the next time I make one...
1. I wrapped the tulle circularly around the conta
A couple of things I would different. Bad idea. It meant that some of the loops didn't get tied in properly and now they're coming undone.
2. My pieces of tulle were in fairly short chunks. Next time I will sew them together first to make one long strand of tulle.
