So, when I get to a country that is more conducive to the process, I want to take up cheese making. I've been reading blogs about making your own cream cheese, mozzarella and other soft cheeses. It's so easy! (Unfortunately, not very easy to procure all of the ingredients and supplies in Korea)
Isn't this picture just inspiring?! It's from Chicken in the Road and she's making her own cream cheese from half and half! Envy.
Maybe I'll even talk the hubbs into buying me a cow... : )
