In the toaster oven!!!
I tried making two kinds. The recipe I tried was this Blueberry Zucchini Bread from Allrecipes.com. The first pan I used blueberries... it did not turn out so good. The bread was really soggy and didn't rise right. I ate that one.
The second pan (in the front) turned out PERFECT!!!! I had been craving a good zucchini bread and this one was awesome. I took the pan to my teachers at school and they loved it!
Just as two interesting cultural side notes, once my teachers tried it they called it "cake" not bread and the word for zucchini in Korean translates as "small pumpkin". The same word is used for all squashes and pumpkins regardless of variety.
