In an attempt to make this SUPER CUTE little basket, I had MAJOR sewing machine issues! And, being the drama queen that I am.... well, it was dramatic.
So I get almost done with this little basket and go to sew up the sides... except on my second corner, MY SEWING MACHINE STOPS WORKING!!!! The needle will only go up and down a little bit, but not into the fabric.
Of course, I remain calm.
And take my machine apart...
First I take apart the bobbin thingy. It looked like it wasn't matching up right with the needle.
Not the problem...
I moved onto the needle mechanism...
Do you like all my tools?
By this time I was near tears. My beautiful machine and I can't figure out what is wrong!
Then I discover the culprit...
I had been sewing through way too many layers and bent my needle : (
Luckily I had another!
Machine back to normal!!!
So I decided to take some artsy picts...
