My husband was gone for the day on Saturday, so I had the day all to myself! That means one thing. Shopping! YAY! Sorry, there are a lot of pictures. I just wanted to share with you what it looks like : )
The stalls go on forever!
How can you choose just one or two?!
Here are some of the things I got today. Everything is light and summery! Most were real finds. I spent quite a long time digging through fabric... more than three hours!
Just plain black and white (I think I got a little cheated on this one, sigh)
Denim look-a-like, but much lighter!
The picture doesn't do these justice. These are some of the most beautiful cottons I have ever seen. only 3,000W for about 2 yards!
I think this would make some pretty ruffles on a skirt.
Who could pass up this lace?!
Ok, this is my favorite. It is definitely being made into a scarf... I got 2 yards and the lady gave me a discount!
This is green... the picture didn't take so well.
Pretty for summer!
Just so cute I couldn't pass it up! Are they birds?
I found some cheap knits (4,000W. Do you think that's cheap?) and just love this yellow stripe. It's gonna be a dress.
I can't wait to start some projects with this stuff! Washing and drying right now. I'll definitely show what all this becomes : )
What's your favorite print?
Hey Katelyn! It was nice riding the subway home with you guys. It was awesome to have some passion talks with a fellow social worker!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOn my way home I remembered I made a blog awhile back titled, "Her Guide"-I have wanted to get it going for quite some time and email it to Busan Haps to get the word out for women expats here.

Let me know it you are at all interested-if not, no pressure.
Do email me at shineonchild@hotmail.com-I'm off facebook these days.
